As agreed by the Assembly in its resolution 59/2, the Office will review the activities in the Plan of Action of the Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space that call for implementation by the Office and submit its proposal to the Committee at its forty-eighth session on how those activities could be included in the programme of work of the Office.
وسوف يستعرض المكتب، حسبما اتفقت الجمعية العامة في قرارها 59/2، الأنشطة الواردة في خطة عمل لجنة استخدام الفضاء الخارجي في الأغراض السلمية التي تتطلب منه تنفيذا وسيقدم مقترحاته إلى اللجنة في دورتها الثامنة والأربعين بشأن كيفية إدراج تلك الأنشطة في برنامج عمله.

Notes that space science and technology and their applications could make important contributions to economic, social and cultural development and welfare, as indicated in the resolution entitled " The Space Millennium: Vienna Declaration on Space and Human Development " ,2 its resolution 59/2 of 20 October 2004 and the Plan of Action of the Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space;

The Committee noted that the General Assembly, in its resolution 67/113, had recalled that a number of the recommendations set out in the plan of Action of the Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space on the implementation of the recommendations of UNISPACE III (A/59/174, sect. VI.B) had been implemented and that satisfactory progress was being made in implementing the outstanding recommendations through national and regional activities.
79- ولاحظت اللجنة أنَّ الجمعية العامة أشارت، في قرارها 67/113، إلى أنَّ عدداً من التوصيات الواردة في خطة عمل لجنة استخدام الفضاء الخارجي في الأغراض السلمية بشأن تنفيذ توصيات اليونيسبيس الثالث (A/59/174، الباب السادس-باء) قد نُفِّذ، وأنه يجري إحراز تقدُّم مُرضٍ في تنفيذ التوصيات المتبقية من خلال أنشطة وطنية وإقليمية.
