12. The Committee notes with concern that the State party has not yet introduced a national minimum wage thus endangering in particular the right of workers not covered by collective agreements as well as persons with disabilities to equal remuneration for work of equal value (art. 7).

(أ) اعتماد تشريعات تضمن الحصول على مكافأة متساوية على أداء عمل متساوي القيمة وتضييق الفجوة بين رواتب النساء والرجال ورأبها وذلك عملاً بأحكام اتفاقية المساواة في الأجور التي أبرمتها منظمة العمل الدولية عام 1951 (رقم 100)؛

(a) Ensure that the Law on Changes to the Labour Law expressly provides for equal remuneration of women and men for work of equal value, protects the rights of women employed on fixed-term contracts to paid maternity leave and to return to work after childbirth and introduces special non-transferable paternity leave to promote the active participation of fathers in child-raising;
(أ) كفالة أن ينص صراحة القانون المتعلق بالتغييرات المدخلة على قانون العمالة على المساواة في الأجور بين الرجل والمرأة لقاء عمل متساوي القيمة وأن يحمي حقوق المرأة التي توظف بعقود محددة الأجل في الحصول على إجازة أمومة مدفوعة الأجر والعودة إلى عملها بعد الوضع، وينص على إجازة أبوة خاصة غير قابلة للتحويل لتشجيع المشاركة النشطة من جانب الآباء في تربية الأطفال؛
