At its forty-sixth meeting, the Executive Committee of the Multilateral Fund had approved a revised implementation schedule for the methyl bromide phase-out agreement between the Government of Uruguay and the Executive Committee, on the understanding that it was subject to a possible decision by the Seventeenth Meeting of the Parties.
230- وفي اجتماعها السادس والأربعين أقرت اللجنة التنفيذية للصندوق متعدد الأطراف جدولاً زمنياً منقحاً للتنفيذ لاتفاق التخلص التدريجي من بروميد الميثيل المبرم بين حكومة أوروغواي واللجنة التنفيذية على أساس أنه خاضع لمقرر محتمل يصدر عن الاجتماع السابع عشر للأطراف.

In response to the explanation by Mauritius, the Secretariat drew the Party's attention to decision XVII/13 of the Seventeenth Meeting of the Parties, the full text of which is contained in annex XIV to document UNEP/OzL.Pro/ImpCom/36/INF/1.
219- ورداً على التوضيح المقدم من موريشيوس، استرعت الأمانة اهتمام الطرف إلى المقرر 17/13 الصادر عن الاجتماع السابع عشر للأطراف والذي يرد نصه الكامل في المرفق الرابع عشر بالوثيقة UNEP/OzL.Pro/ImpCom/36/INF/1/Add.1.

In accordance with decision XVII/46 of the Seventeenth Meeting of the Parties, Mr. Tom Land (United States of America) and Mr. Yahaya Nazari (Malaysia) have served as Co-Chairs of the Openended Working Group of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol for 2006.
6 - وفقاً للمقرر 17/46 الصادر عن الاجتماع السابع عشر للأطراف، عمل السيد توم لاند (الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية) والسيد يحيى نازري (ماليزيا) كرئيسين مشاركين للفريق العامل مفتوح العضوية للأطراف في بروتوكول مونتريال لعام 2006.

That decision XVII/13 of the Seventeenth Meeting of the Parties is applicable to the Party's excess consumption of carbon tetrachloride in that year, in the light of its analysis of the particular circumstances relating to the carbon tetrachloride consumption of The Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia in 2005;
(ب) أن المقرر 17/13 الصادر عن الاجتماع السابع عشر للأطراف ينطبق على استهلاك الطرف الزائد من رابع كلوريد الكربون خلال ذلك العام وذلك في ضوء تحليله للظروف الخاصة المتعلقة باستهلاك رابع كلوريد الكربون من جانب جمهورية مقدونيا اليوغسلافية سابقاً في عام 2005؛

Honduras is a Party operating under Article 5 of the Montreal Protocol and is to be considered under agenda item 5 (b) (xii) with regard to its implementation of decision XVII/34 of the Seventeenth Meeting of the Parties and recommendation 36/21 of the thirty-sixth meeting of the Implementation Committee.
162- هندوراس طرف عامل بموجب المادة 5 من بروتوكول مونتريال ومن المقرر بحث وضعه بموجب البند 5 (ب) (12) من حيث تنفيذه للمقرر 17/34 الصادر عن الاجتماع السابع عشر للأطراف، والتوصية 36/21 الصادرة عن لجنة التنفيذ.

Honduras is a Party operating under Article 5 of the Montreal Protocol and is to be considered under agenda item 5 (b) (xii) with regard to its implementation of decision XVII/34 of the Seventeenth Meeting of the Parties and recommendation 36/21 of the thirty-sixth meeting of the Implementation Committee.

Azerbaijan committed, as recorded in decision XVII/26 of the Seventeenth Meeting of the Parties, to achieve total phaseout of the Annex A group I, controlled substances (CFCs) by 1 January 2006.
15 - كما هو مسجل في المقرر 17/26 الصادر عن الاجتماع السابع عشر للأطراف، التزمت أذربيجان بتحقيق التخلص التدريجي التام من المواد الخاضعة للرقابة المدرجة في المجموعة الأولى من المرفق ألف (مركبات الكربون الكلورية فلورية) في موعد أقصاه 1 كانون الثاني/يناير 2006.

In accordance with decision XVII/13 of the Seventeenth Meeting of the Parties on the use of carbon tetrachloride for laboratory and analytical uses in Parties operating under Article 5, at its thirtyseventh meeting the Implementation Committee agreed to defer until 2007 consideration of the compliance status of Bolivia in relation to the Protocol's control measures for carbon tetrachloride.
49 - وبمقتضى المقرر 17/13 الصادر عن الاجتماع السابع عشر للأطراف المعني باستخدام رابع كلوريد الكربون في أغراض الاستخدامات المختبرية والتحليلية لدى الأطراف العاملة بموجب المادة 5، اتّفقت لجنة التنفيذ في اجتماعها السابع والثلاثين على أن ترجئ لعام 2007 النظر في حالة امتثال بوليفيا للتدابير المنصوص عليها في البروتوكول بشأن استهلاك رابع كلوريد الكربون.

The Federated States of Micronesia committed, as recorded in decision XVII/32 of the Seventeenth Meeting of the Parties, to reduce consumption of Annex A, group I controlled substances (CFCs) to no greater than zero in 2006.
141- كما هو مسجل في المقرر 17/32 الصادر عن الاجتماع السابع عشر للأطراف، التزمت ولايات ميكرونيزيا الموحدة، بخفض استهلاك المواد الخاضعة للرقابة المدرجة في المجموعة الأولى، المرفق ألف (مركبات الكربون الكلورية فلورية) إلى حد لا يزيد على الصفر في عام 2006.

Kyrgyzstan had committed, as recorded in decision XVII/36 of the Seventeenth Meeting of the Parties, to reduce its consumption of the Annex A, group II, controlled substances (halons) to no greater than 1.2 ODP-tonnes in 2006.
219- التزمت قيرغيزستان كما ورد في المقرر 17/36 الصادر عن الاجتماع السابع عشر للأطراف، بخفض استهلاكها من المواد الخاضعة للرقابة من المجموعة الثانية، المرفق ألف (الهالونات) إلى مستوى لا يتجاوز 1.2 طن بدالات استنفاد الأوزون في عام 2006.

Bangladesh committed itself, as recorded in decision XVII/27 of the Seventeenth Meeting of the Parties, to maintaining its consumption of the Annex B, group III, controlled substance (methyl chloroform) at no greater than 0.550 ODPtonnes in 2007.
13- التزمت بنغلاديش، حسب المسجل في المقرر 17/27 الصادر عن الاجتماع السابع عشر للأطراف، بالمحافظة على استهلاكها من المواد الخاضعة للرقابة في المجموعة الثالثة من المرفق باء (كلوروفورم الميثيل) على مستوى لا يزيد على 0.550 طن محسوبة بدالة استنفاد الأوزون في عام 2007.

Honduras committed itself, as recorded in decision XVII/34 of the Seventeenth Meeting of the Parties, to reducing consumption of the Annex E controlled substance (methyl bromide) to no greater than 255.0 ODPtonnes in 2007.
39- التزمت هندوراس، حسب المسجل في المقرر 17/34 الصادر عن الاجتماع السابع عشر للأطراف، بتخفيض الاستهلاك من المادة الخاضعة للرقابة (بروميد الميثيل) في المرفق هاء إلى ما لا يزيد على 255 طناً محسوبة بدالة استنفاد الأوزون في عام 2007.
