The Council also requested that I continue to keep it regularly informed and that I report on the situation in Abkhazia, Georgia, three months after the date of the adoption of the resolution.

I hope that the report you will be submitting to the Security Council on the situation in Abkhazia, Georgia, will make a harsher evaluation of the destructive policy pursued by the separatist Abkhaz regime, which continues to stall the process of the return of the refugees and displaced persons.
