8. The Advisory Committee trusts that comprehensive information and detailed cost estimates for the period from 1 April 1994 will be included in the report of the Secretary-General on the financing of UNPROFOR to be submitted to the General Assembly in accordance with its resolution 48/238, no later than 15 June 1994.
٨ - وتثق اللجنة الاستشارية في أن المعلومات الشاملة والتقديرات التفصيلية للتكاليف في الفترة التي تبدأ في ١ نيسان/أبريل ١٩٩٤ سيتم إدراجها في تقرير اﻷمين العام عن تمويل قوة اﻷمم المتحدة للحماية والذي سيقدم الى الجمعية العامة، وفقا لقرارها ٤٨/٢٣٨، في موعد غايته ١٥ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٤.

The Committee recommends that, in his next report on the financing of UNPROFOR, the Secretary-General should include detailed information concerning the cooperation and coordination between the military and civilian sectors of UNPROFOR regarding the delivery of the above services and the savings achieved.
وتوصي اللجنة بأن يضمن اﻷمين العام تقريره المقبل عن تمويل قوة اﻷمم المتحدة للحماية معلومات تفصيلية عن التعاون والتنسيق بين قطاعي قوة اﻷمم المتحدة للحماية العسكري والمدني فيما يتعلق بأداء الخدمات المذكورة أعلاه وعن الوفورات المحققة.

The report of the Secretary-General on the financing of UNPROFOR that was submitted to the General Assembly at its forty-seventh session was issued on 2 December 1992 (A/47/741).
٧ - وقد صدر في ٢ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٢ تقرير اﻷمين العام عن تمويل قوة اﻷمم المتحدة للحماية)٣( الذي قدم إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها السابعة واﻷربعين )A/47/741(.

That authorization is based on the cost estimates contained in annex VII to the report of the Secretary-General on the financing of UNPROFOR dated 25 February 1994 (A/48/690/Corr.3), which did not provide for the increased strength authorized in Security Council resolution XXX (1994).
ويستند هذا اﻹذن الى تقديرات التكاليف الواردة في المرفق السابع لتقرير اﻷمين العام عن تمويل قوة اﻷمم المتحدة للحماية المؤرخ ٢٥ شباط/فبراير ١٩٩٤ )3.rroC/096/84/A(؛ التي لا تشمل تكاليف الزيادة في القوة التي أذن بها قرار مجلس اﻷمن --- )١٩٩٤(.

Detailed cost estimates for the period from 1 April 1994 will be included in the report of the Secretary-General on the financing of UNPROFOR to be submitted to the General Assembly no later than 15 June 1994 in accordance with Assembly resolution 48/238.
وستدرج تقديرات التكاليف التفصيلية للفترة من ١ نيسان/ابريل ١٩٩٤ في تقرير اﻷمين العام عن تمويل قوة اﻷمم المتحدة للحماية الذي سيقدم الـى الجمعيــة العامــة فـي موعد لا يتعدى ١٥ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٤ وفقا لقرار الجمعية ٤٨/٢٣٨.

Pending the submission of a further report on the financing of UNPROFOR for the period beginning 1 April 1995, the Secretary-General requests that the General Assembly, at the present session, make appropriate provision for UNPROFOR expenses for further periods beyond 31 March 1995, should the Security Council decide to extend the mandate.
وإلى حين تقديم تقرير آخر عن تمويل قوة اﻷمم المتحدة للحماية في الفترة التي تبدأ في ١ نيسان/ابريل ١٩٩٥، يطلب اﻷمين العام أن تقوم الجمعية العامة في دورتها الحالية برصد اعتماد مناسب لنفقات القوة لفترات أخرى بعد ٣١ آذار/مارس ١٩٩٥، وذلك في حالة ما إذا قرر مجلس اﻷمن تمديد الولاية.

That authorization was based on the cost estimates contained in annex VII to the report of the Secretary-General on the financing of UNPROFOR dated 25 February 1994 (A/48/690/Corr.3), which did not provide for the increased strength of the Force in connection with the above enlargements.
وقد بني هذا الاذن على تقديرات التكلفة الوارد في المرفق السابع لتقرير اﻷمين العام عن تمويل قوة اﻷمم المتحدة للحماية المؤرخ ٢٥ شباط/فبراير ١٩٩٤ )A/48/690/Corr.3(، الذي لم يغط زيادة قوام القوة فيما يتعلق بالتوسيعات المذكورة أعلاه.

13. Mr. ZEVELAKIS (Greece), speaking on behalf of the European Union, noted that, contrary to General Assembly resolutions, the annexes to the report of the Secretary-General on the financing of UNPROFOR (A/48/690 and Corr.1-3) had not been translated into all the official languages.
١٣ - السيد زيفلاكيس )اليونان(: تكلم باسم الاتحاد اﻷوروبي فقال إنه على عكس قرارات الجمعية العامة، فإن مرفقات تقرير اﻷمين العام عن تمويل قوة اﻷمم المتحدة للحماية )A/48/690 و Corr.1-3( لم تترجم الى جميع اللغات الرسمية.

Pending the review by the Fifth Committee of the reports of the Secretary-General and the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions on the financing of UNPROFOR and the decision by the General Assembly, the concurrence of the Advisory Committee is sought to enter into commitments for the operation of the Force during the month of December 1994 in the amount of $140 million gross ($138,778,800 net).
وريثما تستعرض اللجنة الخامسة تقريري اﻷمين العام واللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون اﻹدارة والميزانية عن تمويل قوة اﻷمم المتحدة للحماية وريثما تتخذ الجمعية العامة مقررا في هذا الشأن تكتسي موافقة اللجنة الاستشارية على الدخول في التزامات لتشغيل القوة خلال شهر كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٤ بمبلغ إجماليه ١٤٠ مليون دولار )صافيه ٨٠٠ ٧٧٨ ١٣٨ دولار(.
