3. Requests the Executive Director to update the report on the environmental situation in the occupied Palestinian and other Arab territories, in keeping with Governing Council decision 17/31 of 21 May 1993;
٣ - يطلب إلى المديرة التنفيذية استكمال التقرير عن حالة البيئة في اﻷراضي الفلسطينية وغيرها من اﻷراضي العربية المحتلة وفق ما جاء في مقرر مجلس اﻹدارة ١٧/٣١ المؤرخ ٢١ أيار/مايو ١٩٩٣؛

٤ - يلاحظ بقلق أن المديرة التنفيذية لم تتمكن من استكمال التقرير عن حالة البيئة في اﻷراضي الفلسطينية وغيرها من اﻷراضي العربية المحتلة، وفق ما جاء في مقرري مجلس اﻹدارة ١٧/٣١ المؤرخ ٢١ أيار/مايو ١٩٩٣ و ١٨/١١ المؤرخ ٢٦ أيار/مايو ١٩٩٥، ويرجو منها تكملة وتحديث التقرير المذكور في أسرع وقت؛
