Taking note of the advisory opinion of the Seabed Disputes Chamber of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea of 1 February 2011,
وإذ يحيط علما بالفتوى الصادرة عن غرفة منازعات قاع البحار التابعة للمحكمة الدولية لقانون البحار في 1 شباط/فبراير 2011،

The Advisory Opinion issued in 2011 by the Seabed Disputes Chamber of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea on the responsibility and liability of States sponsoring deep seabed mining activities in the Area provided useful guidance to sponsoring States.
وذكر أن الفتوى الصادرة في عام 2011 عن غرفة منازعات قاع البحار التابعة للمحكمة الدولية لقانون البحار، والمتعلقة بمسؤولية والتزامات الدول المزكّية لأنشطة التعدين في قاع البحار العميقة المضطلع بها في المنطقة، توفر توجيهات مفيدة لتلك الدول.

Noting the Advisory Opinion of the Seabed Disputes Chamber of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea of 1 February 2011,
وإذ يشير إلى الفتوى الصادرة عن غرفة منازعات قاع البحار التابعة للمحكمة الدولية لقانون البحار في 1 شباط/فبراير 2011،

7. As clarified in the 1 February 2011 advisory opinion of the Seabed Disputes Chamber of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea, domestic regulations are an important element of responsible sponsorship.
7 - وعلى النحو المبيـَّن في الرأي الاستشاري الصادر في 1 شباط/فبراير 2011 عن غرفة منازعات قاع البحار التابعة للمحكمة الدولية لقانون البحار، فإن الأنظمة المحلية عنصر مهم من عناصر التزكية المسؤولة.

Takes note with appreciation of the advisory opinion on the responsibilities and obligations of States sponsoring persons and entities with respect to activities in the Area, issued by the Seabed Disputes Chamber of the Tribunal on 1 February 2011, at the request of the Council of the Authority, pursuant to article 191 of the Convention;
