STATEMENT of the Governing Council

The purpose of the consultation was to elicit the views of experts and institutions active in the field of technology support and capacity-building for the information of the High-level Open-ended Intergovernmental Working Group on an Intergovernmental Strategic Plan for Technology Support and Capacity-building in pursuance of decision SS.VIII/1 of the Governing Council.
