In spite of the fact that ONUMOZ has stepped up its patrolling and set up checkpoints, in particular along the routes leading from Maputo to Ressano Garcia and to Namaacha, it has so far not been possible to effectively curb the banditry.

١٨ - السيدة بوستيلو غارثيا ديل ريال: قالت إنه من الواضح أن اﻷمانة العامة لم تتبع لدى إعدادها للوثيقة المبادئ التوجيهية التي حددتها اللجنة في السنة الماضية.

Ms. BUSTELO Garcia DEL REAL proposed that, since the document was not yet available in all the working languages of the Committee, it should be turned over to Working Group II for consideration, which would in turn report its findings to a plenary meeting.
٢٥ - السيدة بوستيلو غارثيا ديل ريال: اقترحت أنه مادامت الوثيقة غير متاحة بعد بجميع لغات عمل اللجنة، فإنه ينبغي إرجاعها الى الفريق العامل الثاني لينظر فيها ويقدم تقريرا عن نتائجه الى جلسة عامة.

Ms. BUSTELO Garcia DEL REAL, reporting on the work of the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, said that it was interesting to note that non-governmental organizations could submit written information to that Committee at any time, and that they were also invited to certain meetings where they could make oral presentations.
٥٣ - السيدة بوستيلو غارثيا ديل ريال: قالت، في معرض إبلاغها عن أعمال لجنة الحقوق اﻹقتصادية واﻹجتماعية والثقافية، إن من المهم ملاحظة أن بإمكان المنظمات غير الحكومية أن تقدم معلومات كتابية الى اللجنة في أي وقت، وأنها تدعى أيضا الى اجتماعات معينة يمكن أن تقدم فيها عروضا شفوية.

Ms. BUSTELO Garcia DEL REAL considered that rotation of monitoring responsibilities was a good idea but wondered whether it might be better to rotate every two years, thus allowing time for members to establish and develop meaningful contacts.

In cases Nos. 1332/2004 (Garcia Sánchez and González Clares v. Spain) and 1381/2005 (Hachuel Moreno v. Spain), also regarding violations of article 14, paragraph 5, the Committee requested the State party to furnish similar remedies.
وفي القضيتين 1332/2٠٠4 (غارثيا سانشيز وغونزاليز كلاريس ضد إسبانيا) و 1381/2٠٠5 (هاتشويل مورينو ضد إسبانيا) المتعلقتين أيضاً بحدوث انتهاكات للفقرة 5 من المادة 14، طلبت اللجنة سبيل انتصاف مماثلاً.
