The National Commission of Space Activities and the Gulich Institute of Advanced Space Studies are the main driving forces for the work planned for the group.

6. An expert workshop on space technology for flood and fire disaster management was held at the Gulich Institute.
6- وعقدت في معهد غوليتش حلقة عمل للخبراء حول التكنولوجيا الفضائية المتعلقة بتدبّر كوارث الفيضانات والحرائق.

In the meantime, Ms. Golic urged States, and international and non-governmental organizations to provide refugees and IDPs with direct, immediate and effective protection from discrimination.
وفي الآن ذاته حثت السيدة غوليتش الدول والمنظمات الدولية وغير الحكومية على حماية اللاجئين والنازحين من التمييز حماية مباشرة فورية فعالة.

CONAE has signed an agreement with the National University of Córdoba establishing the J. M. Gulich Institute for Advanced Space Studies, which provides postgraduate training and conducts research in space science and technology.

37. On 25 July 2001, CONAE opened the Mario Gulich Institute for Advanced Space Studies, housed in the Teófilo Tabanera Space Centre in the Province of Córdoba.

4. CONAE and the Centre national d'études spatiales (CNES) of France held a working meeting on floods at the Gulich Institute for Advanced Space Studies in Cordoba Province from 2 to 4 July.
4- وعقدت اللجنة الوطنية اجتماع عمل مع المركز الوطني الفرنسي للدراسات الفضائية في معهد غوليتش للدراسات الفضائية المتقدمة في مقاطعة كوردوبا، من 2 إلى 4 تموز/يوليه.

In addition, through an agreement signed by CONAE, the J. M. Gulich Institute has been established as the academic arm of SIFEM.
واضافة الى ذلك، ومن خلال اتفاق مُوقَّع عليه مع كوناي، أنشئ معهد غوليتش كفرع أكاديمي لنظام الطوارئ الاتحادي لجمهورية الأرجنتين ((SIFEM.

5. A symposium on space technology applications for health was held at the Gulich Institute and at the Argentine Ministry of Health in Buenos Aires from 7 to 11 July. The symposium was organized by CONAE, the Ministry of Health and CNES.
5- وعقدت ندوة عن تطبيقات التكنولوجيا الفضائية في مجال الصحة في معهد غوليتش وفي وزارة الصحة الأرجنتينية في بوينس آيرس، من 7 إلى 11 تموز/يوليه، نظمتها اللجنة الوطنية ووزارة الصحة والمركز الوطني الفرنسي للدراسات الفضائية.

The Committee expressed its appreciation to the Government of Argentina, which, through the National Commission on Space Activities (CONAE), had provided fellowships for a six-week training course at the Advanced School for Training in Landscape Epidemiology of the Mario Gulich Institute for Advanced Space Studies in Córdoba, Argentina.
80- وأعربت اللجنة عن تقديرها لحكومة الأرجنتين إذ قدّمت، من خلال اللجنة الوطنية المعنية بالأنشطة الفضائية، زمالات لدورة تدريبية مدتها ستة أسابيع في معهد التدريب المتقدّم على إيكولوجيا الانتشار الوبائي التابع لمعهد ماريو غوليتش للدراسات الفضائية المتقدّمة في قرطبة، الأرجنتين.

CONAE and the Gulich Institute are the main actors and established a training fellowship in 2007 (see para. 15 above).
واللجنة الوطنية للأنشطة الفضائية في الأرجنتين ومعهد غوليتش للدراسات الفضائية المتقدّمة هما الجهتان الفاعلتان الرئيسيتان في فرقة العمل، وقد أنشأتا زمالة تدريبية في عام 2007 (انظر الفقرة 15 أعلاه).

The Committee expressed its appreciation to the National Commission on Space Activities (CONAE) of Argentina for providing instructors, computer facilities and fellowships for a six-week training course at the Advanced School for Training in Landscape Epidemiology of the Mario Gulich Institute for Advanced Space Studies in Córdoba, Argentina.

(e) Participation in regional projects implemented within the framework of the Mario Gulich Institute for Advanced Space Studies of the National Commission on Space Activities of Argentina.
(ﻫ) المشاركة في المشاريع الإقليمية المنفذة في إطار معهد ماريو غوليتش للدراسات الفضائية المتقدمة التابع للجنة الوطنية للأنشطة الفضائية في الأرجنتين.

In the framework of the collaboration programme between ASI and the National Commission on Space Activities of Argentina (CONAE) for the Mario Gulich Institute for Space Studies in Córdoba, Argentina, the Government of Italy offers annual fellowships to Argentine students and researchers, giving them the opportunity to study in Italian universities and remote sensing research centres.
وفي إطار برنامج التعاون بين وكالة الفضاء الإيطالية والمفوّضية الوطنية لشؤون الأنشطة الفضائية في الأرجنتين لصالح معهد ماريو غوليتش للدراسات الفضائية في كوردوبا، الأرجنتين، تقدّم حكومة إيطاليا منحاً تدريبيةً سنوية لطلبة وباحثين أرجنتينيين، مما يتيح لهم الدراسة في الجامعات ومراكز بحوث الاستشعار عن بعد الإيطالية.

The Subcommittee noted with satisfaction that, in June 2007, the Programme and CONAE had jointly established the United Nations/Argentina fellowship programme for advanced training in landscape epidemiology as an annual six-week training course, to be held at the Mario Gulich Institute for Higher Space Studies in Córdoba, Argentina.
38- ولاحظت اللجنة الفرعية بارتياح أن البرنامج واللجنة الوطنية للأنشطة الفضائية في الأرجنتين اشتركا معا في إنشاء برنامج الزمالات المشترك بين الأمم المتحدة والأرجنتين للتدريب المتقدّم في مجال الدراسات الوبائية ذات المنظور الطبيعي، في شكل دورة تدريبية سنوية مدتها ستة أسابيع، تعقد في معهد ماريو غوليتش للدراسات الفضائية العليا في قرطبة، الأرجنتين.

The Committee expressed its appreciation to the Politecnico di Torino, the Istituto Superiore Mario Boella, the Istituto Elettrotecnico Nazionale Galileo Ferraris, the National Commission on Space Activities (CONAE) of Argentina and the Mario Gulich Institute for Advanced Space Studies for the fellowships that they provided for postgraduate studies relating to global navigation satellite systems (GNSS) and landscape epidemiology.

The Subcommittee noted with satisfaction that, in October 2008, the Programme and the National Commission on Space Activities (CONAE) of Argentina had held a second annual six-week training course in the framework of a fellowship programme, established jointly by the United Nations and the Government of Argentina, for advanced training in landscape epidemiology at the Mario Gulich Institute for Higher Space Studies in Córdoba, Argentina.
30- ولاحظت اللجنة الفرعية بارتياح أن البرنامج واللجنة الوطنية الأرجنتينية للأنشطة الفضائية عقدا، في تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2008، حلقة تدريبية سنوية ثانية مدتها ستة أسابيع في إطار برنامج للزمالات الدراسية اشتركت في إنشائه الأمم المتحدة وحكومة الأرجنتين للتدريب المتقدم في مجال إيكولوجيا الانتشار الوبائي، في معهد ماريو غوليتش للدراسات الفضائية العليا في قرطبة بالأرجنتين.

61. Ms. Golic highlighted that the challenges faced by refugees, internally displaced persons (IDPs) and returnees were very different, as the protection systems offered to them differed.
61- أوضحت السيدة غوليتش أن التحديات التي يواجهها اللاجئون، والنازحون والعائدون تختلف اختلافا شديداً باختلاف نظم الحماية المتاحة إليهم.

62. Based upon this analysis, Ms. Golic stressed the need for multidimensional and comprehensive approaches to addressing the causes, and not just the symptoms of discrimination.
62- واستناداً إلى هذا التحليل، شددت السيدة غوليتش على ضرورة اتباع نهج شامل متعدد الأبعاد في التصدي إلى أسباب التمييز لا إلى أعراضه فحسب.
