28. The Help Guide for affected country Parties of regions other than Africa, Asia and Latin America and the Caribbean should be reviewed to reflect the specific needs of the country Parties in these regions.

31. By its decision 2/COP.2 the Conference of the Parties decided to include in the agenda of its fourth session and, if necessary, of its fifth session the review of national, regional and subregional action programmes in regions other than Africa.
