Article 125 of the UNCLOS provides for the right of access of landlocked countries to and from the sea and freedom of transit through the territory of transit countries by all means of transport.
تنص المادة 125 من اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لقانون البحار على حق الدول غير الساحلية في الوصول إلى البحر ومنه، وعلى حرية مرورها العابر عبر أراضي بلدان العبور باستخدام كل وسائل النقل.

1. Reaffirm the right of access of landlocked countries to and from the sea and freedom of transit through the territory of transit countries by all means of transport, in accordance with international law.
1 - نؤكد من جديد حق البلدان غير الساحلية في الوصول إلى البحر ومنه، وحرية المرور العابر خلال أقاليم بلدان المرور العابر بجميع وسائل النقل وفقا للقانون الدولي.

2. Reaffirms the right of access of landlocked developing countries to and from the sea and freedom of transit through the territory of transit States by all means of transport, in accordance with international law;
٢ - تعيد تأكيد حق البلدان النامية غير الساحلية في الوصول إلى البحر ومنه، وحقها في حرية المرور العابر خلال أقاليم دول المرور العابر بجميع وسائل النقل، وفقا للقانون الدولي؛

" 1. Reaffirms the right of access of land-locked countries to and from the sea and freedom of transit through the territory of transit States by all means of transport, in accordance with international law;
" ١ - تؤكد من جديد حق البلدان غير الساحلية في الوصول الى البحر ومنه وحقها في حرية المرور العابر خلال أقاليم دول المرور العابر بجميع وسائل النقل، وفقا للقانون الدولي؛

“3. Reaffirms the right of access of landlocked developing countries to and from the sea and freedom of the transit through the territory of transit States by all means of transport, in accordance with international law;
" ٣ تعيد تأكيد حق البلدان النامية غير الساحلية في الوصول إلى البحر ومنه، وحقها في حرية المرور عبر أقاليم دول المرور العابر بجميع وسائل النقل، وفقا للقانون الدولي؛

12. The Ministers reaffirmed the right of access of landlocked countries to and from the sea and freedom of transit through the territory of transit countries by all means of transport, in accordance with applicable rules of international law.
12 - وأكد الوزراء من جديد حق الدول غير الساحلية في الوصول إلى البحر ومنه، وحرية النقل العابر لأراضي بلدان المرور العابر بجميع وسائط النقل وفقا للقواعد المنصوص عليها في القانون الدولي.

5. We reaffirm the right of access of landlocked countries to and from the sea and freedom of transit through the territory of transit countries by all means of transport, in accordance with applicable rules of international law.
5 - أننا نؤكد من جديد حق الدول غير الساحلية في الوصول إلى البحر ومنه، وحرية النقل العابر خلال إقليم بلدان المرور العابر بجميع وسائل النقل وفقا للقواعد المطبقة في القانون الدولي.
