In light of the decisions taken by the General Assembly, ECOSOC and the Commission on Human Rights, as well as the reports of the High Commissioner for Human Rights to these bodies, the Review will have the following overall structure:

19- وأحاط الفريق علماً ببعض الاستنتاجات المضمنة في تقارير مفوضي أفرقة أخرى سبق أن وافق عليها مجلس الإدارة بخصوص تفسير القرارات ذات الصلة الصادرة عن مجلس الأمن ومقررات مجلس الإدارة ، فضلاً عن تقارير الأمين التنفيذي الصادرة بموجب المادة 16 من القواعد والردود المقدمة عليها.

Slovakia expressed concern about the persistence of reports of torture and ill-treatment of detainees in prisons by law enforcement as well as reports of extrajudicial executions by police and the military and the continued problem of lynching.

Consequently, at its fifth session the Committee shall examine the reports of affected country Parties of regions other than Africa, as well as reports of developed country Parties and relevant organs, funds and programmes of the United Nations and other intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations on measures taken to assist action programmes of these affected country Parties.
