Chile also stated that its legislation covered all serious crimes involving organized criminal groups and did not require an act in furtherance of the agreement for purposes of the offences established in accordance with article 5, paragraph 1 (a) (i).
كما ذكرت أن تشريعها يغطي جميع الجرائم الخطيرة التي تضلع فيها جماعات إجرامية منظمة ولكن لا يشترط إتيان فعل يساعد على تنفيذ الاتفاق لأغراض الجرائم المقررة وفقا للفقرة 1 (أ) `1` من المادة 5.
