Israel, the occupying Power, must refrain from the exploitation, damage, causing of loss or depletion, and endangerment of natural resources in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, and in the occupied Syrian Golan.
ويجب أن تكف إسرائيل، السلطة القائمة بالاحتلال، عن استغلال الموارد الطبيعية في الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، بما فيها القدس، وفي الجولان السوري المحتل، وتدميرها والتسبب في فقدانها أو نفادها وتعريضها للخطر.

The resolution reaffirmed the inalienable right of the Palestinian people and the Arab population of the occupied Syrian Golan to all their natural and economic resources and called upon Israel not to exploit, endanger or cause loss or depletion of those resources.
وأكد القرار من جديد الحق غير القابل للتصرف المخوَّل للشعب الفلسطيني والسكان العرب في الجولان السوري المحتل في جميع مواردهم الطبيعية والاقتصادية، وطلب من إسرائيل عدم استغلال هذه الموارد أو تعريضها للخطر أو التسبب في فقدانها أو نفادها.
