In that spirit, the Committee had welcomed the peace process initiated in Madrid, encouraged the implementation of the Oslo Accords and supported all efforts to halt the violence and achieve the resumption of negotiations with a view to ending the Israeli occupation and resolving the question of Palestine in all its aspects.

وتثني اللجنة على الأعمال الهامة التي تقوم بها منظمات المجتمع المدني وتشجعها على مواصلة المساهمة في الجهود الرامية إلى التوصل إلى حل شامل وعادل ودائم وسلمي لقضية فلسطين من جميع جوانبها وإعمال حقوق الشعب الفلسطيني غير القابلة للتصرف.
