173. All the provisions of article 4 of the Convention are not fully reflected in domestic law and policies, in particular with regard to the obligation of the State party to adopt immediate and positive measures designed to eradicate all incitement to or acts of racial discrimination.
٣٧١- ولا تنعكس جميع أحكام المادة ٤ من الاتفاقية انعكاسا تاما في القوانين والسياسات المحلية، ولا سيما بخصوص التزام الدولة الطرف باتخاذ تدابير فورية وإيجابية بهدف القضاء على كافة أعمال التمييز العنصري أو التحريض على ارتكاب هذه اﻷعمال وارتكابها.

وما برح هذا البلد يستجيب بصورة فورية وإيجابية لنداءات الأمم المتحدة بتقديم الإغاثة وإعادة التأهيل في حالات الكوارث للبلدان التي تعاني من الكوارث الطبيعية والحروب.

(ب) التعهد باتخاذ تدابير فورية وإيجابية من أجل القضاء على جميع أشكال التحريض على هذا التمييز أو الأفعال التي تنطوي عليه مع إيلاء المراعاة الواجبة للمبادئ الواردة في الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان والحقوق المنصوص عليها صراحة في المادة 5 من الاتفاقية؛

(b) To undertake to adopt immediate and positive measures designed to eradicate all incitement to, or acts of, such discrimination, with due regard to the principles embodied in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the rights expressly set forth in article 5 of the Convention;
(ب) التعهد باتخاذ تدابير فورية وإيجابية من أجل القضاء على جميع أشكال التحريض على التمييز أو الأفعال التي تنطوي على تمييز مع إيلاء المراعاة الواجبة للمبادئ الواردة في الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان والحقوق المنصوص عليها صراحة في المادة 5 من الاتفاقية؛

(b) To undertake to adopt immediate and positive measures designed to eradicate all incitement to, or acts of, such discrimination with due regard to the principles embodied in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the rights expressly set forth in article 5 of the Convention;
(ب) التعهد باتخاذ تدابير فورية وإيجابية من أجل القضاء على جميع أشكال التحريض على التمييز أو الأفعال ذات الطابع التمييزي مع إيلاء المراعاة الواجبة للمبادئ الواردة في الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان والحقوق المنصوص عليها صراحة في المادة 5 من الاتفاقية؛

120.5 Withdraw its reservations to article 4 of the ICERD and article 27 of the ICCPR, and adopt immediate and positive measures to eliminate all forms of discrimination, xenophobia and stigmatisation (Bahrain);

To declare illegal and prohibit all organizations based on ideas or theories of superiority of one race or group of persons of one colour or ethnic origin, or which attempt to justify or promote national, racial and religious hatred and discrimination in any form, and to adopt immediate and positive measures designed to eradicate all incitement to, or acts of, such discrimination.
إعلان عدم قانونية كل المنظمات القائمة على أفكار أو نظريات ترتكز على تفوق أي عرق أو جماعة من لون أو أصل إثني واحد، أو المنظمات التي تحاول تبرير أو تعزيز أي شكل من أشكال الكراهية والتمييز على أساس قومي وعنصري وديني وحظر هذه المنظمات، واتخاذ تدابير فورية وإيجابية لاستئصال كل تحريض على هذا التمييز أو كل عمل من أعماله.
