III. Asset-specific adjustments to the draft guide with respect to security rights in intellectual property

With respect to the creation and third-party effectiveness of a security right in consumer goods, it was agreed that the commentary should clarify that the threshold of the written form requirement was low and related to an indication of the financier's intent to have an acquisition security right, and that no registration was required for security rights in consumer goods.
