2. In order to assist the Committee in fulfilling the tasks entrusted to it pursuant to article 9 of the Convention and further to facilitate the task of States parties in the preparation of their reports, the Committee has decided that it would be useful to inform States parties of its wishes regarding the form and content of their reports.
2- وبغية مساعدة اللجنة في الاضطلاع بالمهام المنوطة بها بموجب المادة 9 من الاتفاقية، وكذلك تيسير مهمة الدول الأطراف في إعداد تقاريرها، قررت اللجنة أنه من المفيد إبلاغ الدول الأطراف برغبات اللجنة فيما يتعلق بشكل ومحتوى تقارير هذه الدول.

269. The Committee is gratified that the State party punctually submitted its third periodic report, which complied with the Committee's guidelines regarding the form and contents of reports.
٩٦٢- يسعد اللجنة أن الدولة الطرف قدمت تقريرها الدوري الثالث في موعده، وامتثلت للمبادئ التوجيهية للجنة فيما يتعلق بشكل ومحتوى التقارير.

297. The Committee expresses its appreciation to the Government of Finland for its report, which follows the Committee’s guidelines regarding the form and contents of States parties’ reports.
٧٩٢- تعرب اللجنة عن تقديرها لحكومة فنلندا لتقريرها، الذي يتبع المبادئ التوجيهية للجنة فيما يتعلق بشكل ومحتوى تقارير الدول اﻷطراف.

1. Upon approval of the Council, the Committee may inform the States parties, through the SecretaryGeneral, of its wishes regarding the form and contents of the reports to be submitted under article 16 of the Covenant and the programme established by Council resolution 1988/4.
1- يجوز للجنة، بعد موافقة المجلس، أن تبلغ الدول الأطراف، عن طريق الأمين العام، برغباتها فيما يتعلق بشكل ومحتوى التقارير المطلوب تقديمها بموجب المادة 16 من العهد والبرنامج الذي وُضع بموجب قرار المجلس 1988/4.

237. The Committee therefore invites the State party to submit its next report in time for the fifty-first session of the Committee and to include in that report information on the legislative, judicial, administrative or other measures giving effect to the Convention, in accordance with the Committee's general guidelines regarding the form and contents of reports to be submitted by a State party under article 9, paragraph 1, of the Convention.
٢٣٧ - ولذلك فإن اللجنة تدعو الدولة الطرف إلى أن تقدم تقريرها القادم في وقت يسمح بأن تنظر فيه اللجنة في دورتها الحادية والخمسين، وأن تضمﱢن ذلك التقرير معلومات عن التدابير التشريعية والقضائية واﻹدارية وغيرها من التدابير التي اتخذت تنفيذا للاتفاقية، وفقا للمبادئ التوجيهية العامة التي وضعتها اللجنة فيما يتعلق بشكل ومحتوى التقارير التي تقدمها الدول اﻷطراف بموجب الفقرة ١ من المادة ٩ من الاتفاقية.
