526 - في الفقرة 63، أوصى المجلس الصندوق، بأن تضم توجيهاته بشأن نفقات التنفيذ الوطني إجراءات محددة ومعايير مقررة سلفا تكفل تعيين مراجعين للحسابات تتوافر فيهم صفات الاستقلال والنزاهة والكفاءة التقنية، وتكفل قيام المكتب القطري برصد الامتثال لهذه التوجيهات.

4. The judges of the Tribunal shall be persons of high moral character, impartiality and integrity, with extensive judicial experience.
4 - يتعين أن يكون القضاة أشخاصا على خلق رفيع، وأن تتوافر فيهم صفات التجرد والنـزاهة، ويتمتعون بالخبرة القانونية الواسعة.

10. According to paragraph 1 of article 13 of the Statute of the International Tribunal, judges of the Tribunal shall be persons of high moral character, impartiality and integrity who possess the qualifications required in their respective countries for appointment to the highest judicial offices.
