Lebanon hereby calls for the full implementation of Security Council resolution 425 (1978), in which the Council calls upon Israel to cease its military action against Lebanese territorial integrity and withdraw forthwith its forces from all Lebanese territory.
ويدعو لبنان، بموجب هذه الرسالة، إلى التنفيذ الكامل لقرار مجلس اﻷمن ٤٢٥ )١٩٧٨(، الذي يطلب فيه المجلس من إسرائيل وقف أعمالها العسكرية ضد سلامـة لبنان اﻹقليميـة، وسحب قواتهـا مـن كـل اﻷراضـي اللبنانية.

In this respect, the Commission underscores Security Council resolution 591 (1986), in which the Council requested all States to refrain from any collaboration with South Africa in the nuclear field which will contribute to the development and manufacture by South Africa of nuclear weapons and nuclear explosive devices.
وتشير الهيئة في هذا الصدد إلى قرار مجلس اﻷمن ١٩٥ )٦٨٩١( ، الذي طلب فيه المجلس من جميع الدول الامتناع عن أي تعاون في الميدان النووي مع جنوب افريقيا يكون من شأنه اﻹسهام في قيام جنوب افريقيا باستحداث وصنع أسلحة نووية وأجهزة متفجرة نووية.

The Council recalls the statement of its President of 29 October 1997 in which the Council warned of the serious consequences of Iraq’s failure to comply immediately and fully and without conditions or restrictions with its obligations under the relevant resolutions.
ويشير المجلس إلى بيان رئيسه المؤرخ ٢٩ تشرين اﻷول/أكتوبر ١٩٩٧ الذي حذر فيه المجلس من النتائج الخطيرة التي ستترتب على عدم امتثال العراق امتثالا فوريا وكاملا ودون شروط أو قيود لالتزاماته بموجب القرارات ذات الصلة.
