On the basis of the evaluator's expert review and analysis of relevant documents and technical lending processes, interviews, a written questionnaire and field visits, the evaluator produced a report, whose main findings are as follows:
48 - واستناداً إلى ما أجراه المُقيم من استعراضات فنية وتحليلات لوثائق وعمليات إقراض تقنية ذات صلة، ومقابلات واستبيانات خطية وزيارات ميدانية، قدّم تقريراً وردت النتائج التي تمّ التوصل إليها فيه على النحو التالي:

(d) An appeal pursuant to paragraph (a) or a request for suspension of action pursuant to paragraph (c) above shall be filed with the Secretary of the appropriate Joint Appeals Board, to be determined as follows:
)د( يقدم الطعن، المقدم طبقا للفقرة )أ( أو طلب تعليق التنفيذ المقدم طبقا للفقرة )ج( أعلاه، إلى أمين مجلس الطعون المشترك المختص، ليتم البت فيه على النحو التالي:
