In its resolution 2002/59, entitled " Protection of migrants and their families " , the Commission called upon States to facilitate family reunification in an expeditious and effective manner, with due regard to applicable laws, as such reunification has a positive effect on the integration of migrants.
18- وفي قرارها 2002/59 المعنون " حماية المهاجرين وأسرهم " دعت اللجنة الدول إلى أن تيسِّر جمع شمل الأسر بسرعة وفعالية، على أن تولي الاعتبار الواجب في ذلك للقوانين التي تنطبق في هذه الحالات، لأن جمع الشمل هذا يؤثر تأثيراً إيجابيا في إدماج المهاجرين.
