The Group emphasized UNIDO's important role in meeting the Millennium Development Goals and the importance of increasing the Organization's help in the preparation of national implementation plans regarding persistent organic pollutants (POPs).
وأضاف أن المجموعة تشدد على دور اليونيدو الهام في تحقيق الأهداف الإنمائية للألفية، وأهمية زيادة مساعدة المنظمة في إعداد خطط التنفيذ الوطنية بشأن الملوِّثات العضوية الثابتة.

10. The process and format for the review and update could be based on the interim guidance contained in document UNEP/POPS/COP.1/INF/13, which was developed to assist countries in the preparation of national implementation plans.
10 - ينبغي أن تستند عملية وشكل الاستعراض والتحديث إلى التوجيه المؤقت الوارد في الوثيقة UNEP/POPS/COP.1/INF/13 الذي وضع لمساعدة البلدان في إعداد خطط التنفيذ الوطنية.

Pursuant to decision SC-1/12, the Conference of the Parties adopted the guidance for assisting countries in the preparation of national implementation plans.
13 - عملاً بالمقرر ا س-1/12، اعتمد مؤتمر الأطراف توجيهات لمساعدة البلدان في إعداد خطط التنفيذ الوطنية().

She recalled that the Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee, in its decision INC -7/7, had endorsed the revised guidance to assist countries in the preparation of national implementation plans and invited Governments and other interested stakeholders to provide further comments on the guidance to the Secretariat.
وأشارت بالذكر إلى أن لجنة التفاوض الحكومية الدولية صدقت، في مقررها لجنة التفاوض الحكومية الدولية 7/7، على المبادئ التوجيهية المنقحة لمساعدة البلدان في إعداد خطط التنفيذ الوطنية ودعت الحكومات وغيرها من أصحاب المصلحة المهتمين إلى تقديم تعليقات أخرى على المبادئ التوجيهية إلى الأمانة.

(b) The guidance for assisting countries in the preparation of national implementation plans set out in document UNEP/POPS/COP.2/INF/7 and subsequently referred to as the guidance for developing national implementation plans;

In paragraph 1 of that decision, the Conference adopted the guidance for assisting countries in the preparation of national implementation plans set forth in document UNEP/POPS/COP.1/INF/13 and the text for inclusion in the guidance relevant to the requirements of the Rotterdam Convention set forth in document UNEP/POPS/COP.1/INF/13/Add.1.

Takes note of the national implementation plan analysis contained in the note by the Secretariat and encourages Parties that have not finalized their implementation plans to ensure that the guidance for assisting countries in the preparation of national implementation plans, as adopted by the Conference of the Parties in its decision SC-1/12, is fully taken into account and thus reflected in their respective action plans and strategies;
3 - يحيط علماً بتحليل خطط التنفيذ الوطنية الوارد في مذكرة الأمانة(11) ويشجع الأطراف التي لم تكمل بعد خططها للتنفيذ على أن تكفل المراعاة الكاملة للتوجيه الخاص بمساعدة البلدان في إعداد خطط التنفيذ الوطنية على النحو الذي أقره مؤتمر الأطراف في مقرره " اتفاقية استكهولم -1/12 " ، ومن ثم تضمينه في خطط العمل والاستراتيجيات الخاصة بكل منها؛

Au cours du débat qui a suivi, un représentant, s' exprimant au nom d'un groupe de pays, a félicité les organisations qui avaient aidé les Parties à préparer leurs plans nationaux de mise en œuvre et a encouragé d'autres Parties à préparer leurs plans dès que possible.
102- وفي المناقشة التي تلت ذلك أعرب أحد الممثلين، متكلماً باسم مجموعة من البلدان، عن تقديره للمنظمات التي دعمت الأطراف في إعداد خطط التنفيذ الوطنية الخاصة بها وشجعت أطرافاً أخرى على إعداد خططها في أقرب وقت ممكن.
