Urge all member States commissioning, constructing or planning nuclear power reactors or considering nuclear power programmes to become parties to the Convention on Nuclear Safety and encourages their application of the safety standards and codes of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to improve national nuclear, radiation, transport and waste safety infrastructures;
