The Committee agreed to request the Secretariat to remind the Parties in non-compliance with their data reporting obligations under the Protocol to submit their outstanding data as soon as possible, and no later than 30 September 2005, for consideration by the Committee at its thirty-fifth meeting.
210- وقد وافقت اللجنة على أن تطلب إلى الأمانة أن تذكر الأطراف التي في حالة عدم امتثال لالتزامات الإبلاغ عن بياناتهم طبقاً للبروتوكول بأن يقدموا بياناتهم المتأخرة بأسرع وقت ممكن، وفي موعد غايته 30 أيلول/سبتمبر 2005، ليتسنى للجنة بحثها في اجتماعها الخامس والثلاثين.

The recommendation also urged Botswana to submit to the Secretariat as soon as possible, and no later than 30 September 2005, updated information on its progress in establishing an ozone-depleting substance licensing and quota system, so that at its thirty-fifth meeting the Committee could assess the Party's implementation of that commitment contained in decision XV/31.
وحثت التوصية بوتسوانا كذلك على أن تقدم للأمانة في أسرع وقت ممكن وفي موعد غايته 30 أيلول/سبتمبر 2005 معلومات مستكملة عن التقدم الذي أحرزته في إنشاء نظام تراخيص وحصص للمواد المستنفدة للأوزون، بحيث يمكن للجنة في اجتماعها الخامس والثلاثين أن تقيم تنفيذ الطرف للالتزام الوارد في المقرر 15/31.

Pursuant to paragraph 1 (c) (iii), Australia and the Russian Federation submitted updated data, which confirmed the former's certification of full compliance with the Copenhagen Amendment, but raised a compliance issue with regard to the latter which would be reviewed by the Implementation Committee at its thirtyfifth meeting.
