Reductions in anthropogenic emissions by sources shall be adjusted for leakage in accordance with the provisions of appendix B for the relevant project categories.
وتعدّل التخفيضات في الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها لمراعاة التسرب بموجب أحكام التذييل باء فيما يتعلق بفئات المشاريع ذات الصلة.

Leakage is defined as the net change of anthropogenic emissions by sources or removals by sinks, which occurs outside the activity boundary and is measurable and attributable to the activity.
ويعرَّف التسرب بأنه صافي التغيُّر في الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها و/أو عمليات الإزالة بواسطة البواليع الذي يحدث خارج حدود النشاط والذي يمكن قياسه وعزوه إلى النشاط.

Calculate the reductions of anthropogenic emissions by sources by the proposed small-scale CDM project activity, and for leakage effects, in accordance with provisions of appendix B for the relevant project category.

The host Party may determine that a lower amount of ERUs shall be issued than the actual reductions in anthropogenic emissions by sources or enhancements of anthropogenic removals by sinks achieved by the activity.
50- ويمكن أن يقرر الطرف المضيف إصدار كمية أقل من وحدات خفض الانبعاثات عوضاً عن التخفيضات الفعلية في الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها أو تعزيزات عمليات الإزالة البشرية المنشأ عن طريق البواليع التي يحققها النشاط.

The accredited independent entity shall, upon receipt of a report referred to under paragraph 36 above, make a determination of the reductions in anthropogenic emissions by sources or enhancements of anthropogenic removals by sinks reported by project participants in accordance with appendix B below, provided that they were monitored and calculated in accordance with paragraph 33 above.
37- يقوم الكيان المستقل المعتمد، عند تلقيه تقريراً مشاراً إليه في الفقرة 36 أعلاه، بتقرير التخفيضات في الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها أو تعزيزات عمليات الإزالة البشرية المنشأ بواسطة البواليع المبلغ عنها من جانب المشاركين في المشروع وفقا للتذييل باء أدناه، شريطة أن يكون قد تم رصدها وحسابها وفقا للفقرة 33 أعلاه.

To be eligible as a CDM project activity, a proposed project activity must achieve a level of performance with respect to reductions in anthropogenic emissions by sources [or enhancement of anthropogenic removals by sinks] that is significantly better than average compared with recently undertaken activities or facilities within the reference scenario.
59- وكي يؤهل نشاط المشروع المقترح بوصفه نشاطاً لمشروع من مشاريع آلية التنمية النظيفة يجب أن يحقق مستوى أداء فيما يتعلق بالتخفيضات في الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها [أو عمليات الإزالة البشرية المعززة بواسطة البواليع] أفضل بكثير من المتوسط بالمقارنة مع الأنشطة التي جرى الاضطلاع بها مؤخراً أو المرافق في إطار تصور الإحالة.
