(a) The same conditions for career and vocational guidance, for access to studies;
(أ) شروط متساوية في التوجيه الوظيفي والمهني والالتحاق بالدراسات؛

(a) The same conditions for career and vocational guidance, for access to studies and for the achievement of diplomas in education establishments of all categories in rural as well as in urban areas; this equality shall be ensured in pre-school, general, technical, professional and higher technical education, as well as in all types of vocational training; (art. 10 of the Convention)
(أ) شروط متساوية في التوجيه الوظيفي والمهني والالتحاق بالدراسة والحصول على الدرجات العلمية في المؤسسات التعليمية على اختلاف فئاتها، في المناطق الريفية والحضرية على السواء. وتكون هذه المساواة مكفولة في مرحلة الحضانة وفي التعليم العام والتقني والمهني والتعليم العالي، وكذلك في جميع أنواع التدريب المهني.
