119- تُتَّبع في استعراض التغييرات المدخلة على السجل الوطني الأُطر الزمنية والإجراءات المتبعة في الاستعراض السنوي للمعلومات الواجب تقديمها وفقاً للفرع الأول - هاء من مرفق المقرر 15/م أإ-1 والمحددة في الجزء الثالث من هذه المبادئ التوجيهية.

The calculation of the assigned amount pursuant to Article 3, paragraphs 7 and 8, and the commitment period reserve, for conformity with the modalities for the accounting of assigned amounts under Article 7, paragraph 4, in accordance with the procedures contained in part III of these guidelines

119- تُتَّبع في استعراض التغييرات المدخلة على السجل الوطني الجداول الزمنية والإجراءات المتبعة في الاستعراض السنوي للمعلومات الواجب تقديمها وفقاً للفرع الأول - هاء من مرفق المقرر -/م أإ-1 (المادة 7) والمحددة في الجزء الثالث من هذه المبادئ التوجيهية.

Changes in national systems, the element specified in paragraph (f) above, shall be subject to review as part of the annual review only if problems or significant changes have been identified by an expert review team or if the Annex I Party reports significant changes in its inventory report as defined in part III of these guidelines.
21- لا تخضع التغيرات في النظم الوطنية، أي العنصر المحدد في الفقرة 19(و) أعلاه، للاستعراض كجزء من الاستعراض السنوي إلا إذا تبين لفريق خبراء استعراض وجود مشاكل أو حدوث تغيرات هامة أو إذا أبلغ الطرف المدرج في المرفق الأول عن حدوث تغيرات هامة في تقرير جرده على النحو المحدد في الجزء الثالث من هذه المبادئ التوجيهية.
