٢ - تدعو الدول الحائزة لﻷسلحة النووية الى متابعة جهودها الرامية الى نزع السلاح النووي بغية تحقيق الهدف النهائي المتمثل في القضاء على اﻷسلحة النووية في إطار نزع السلاح العام والكامل، وتدعو كذلك جميع الدول الى تنفيذ التزاماتها في ميدان نزع السلاح وعدم انتشار أسلحة التدمير الشامل تنفيذا كاملا.

Calls upon the nuclear-weapon States to pursue their efforts for nuclear disarmament with the ultimate objective of the elimination of nuclear weapons in the framework of general and complete disarmament, and calls upon all States to implement fully their commitments in the field of disarmament and non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.
٢ - تطلب إلى الدول الحائزة لﻷسلحة النووية متابعة جهودها الرامية إلى نزع السلاح النووي بغية تحقيق الهدف النهائي المتمثل في القضاء على اﻷسلحة النووية في إطار نزع السلاح العام الكامل، وتطلب إلى جميع الدول تنفيذ التزاماتها في ميدان نزع السلاح وعدم انتشار أسلحة التدمير الشامل تنفيذا كاملا.

19. On the other hand, a number of States felt that important progress conducive to the ultimate objective of the elimination of nuclear weapons had been made.
