(3) وتلاحظ اللجنة بارتياح أن الدولة الطرف قدمت وثيقتها الأساسية وفق شروط وضع الوثائق الرئيسية الموحدة الواردة في المبادئ التوجيهية المنسقة لإعداد التقارير بموجب المعاهدات الدولية لحقوق الإنسان.

(27) The Committee invites the State party to submit its core document in accordance with the requirements of the Common Core Document in the harmonized guidelines on reporting, recently approved by the international human rights treaty bodies (HRI/MC/2006/3 and Corr.1).
(27) وتدعو اللجنة الدولة الطرف إلى تقديم وثيقتها الأساسية وفقاً للشروط الخاصة بالوثيقة الأساسية المشتركة المتضمنة في المبادئ التوجيهية المنسقة لإعداد التقارير بموجب المعاهدات الدولية لحقوق الإنسان، والتي اعتمدتها مؤخراً الهيئات الدولية لمعاهدات حقوق الإنسان (HRI/MC/2006/3 وCorr.1).

The Meeting had also agreed to express its concern at the increasingly limited ability of United Nations conference services to provide translations of documents submitted by States parties to treaty bodies, and had reiterated the page limits for State party reports included in the harmonized guidelines for reporting (HRI/GEN.2/Rev.6, para. 19).
6- ووافق الاجتماع كذلك على التعبير عن قلقه إزاء تناقُص قدرة شعبة خدمات المؤتمرات لدى الأمم المتحدة على ترجمة الوثائق التي تقدمها الدول الأطراف إلى هيئات المعاهدات، وذكّر مجدداًَ بالحد الأقصى لعدد الصفحات الخاص بتقارير الدول الأطراف المبيّن في المبادئ التوجيهية المنسقة لإعداد التقارير (HRI/GEN.2/Rev.6، الفقرة 19).

48. The participants reaffirmed their recommendation that the reports of States parties be written in a clear and precise manner, and reiterated the page limits for State party reports (60 pages for initial treaty-specific documents and 40 pages for subsequent periodic documents, where applicable) included in the harmonized guidelines for reporting and agreed upon by the fifth inter-committee meeting.
48 - أعاد المشاركون تأكيد توصيتهم بأن تُصاغ تقارير الدول الأطراف صياغة واضحة ودقيقة، وكرروا تأكيد الحدود الموضوعة لعدد صفحات تقارير الدول الأطراف (60 صفحة للوثائق الأولية الخاصة بفرادى المعاهدات و 40 صفحة للتقارير الدورية اللاحقة، حيثما ينطبق ذلك) المبينة في المبادئ التوجيهية المنسقة لإعداد التقارير وتقديمها التي وافق عليها الاجتماع المشترك بين اللجان الخامس.
