I should like to remind delegations that under Article 19 of the Charter a member of the United Nations which is in arrears in payment of its financial contributions to the Organization shall have no vote in the General Assembly if the amount of its arrears equals or exceeds the amount of the contributions due from it for the preceding two full years.
وأود تذكير الوفود بأن المادة ١٩ من الميثاق تنص على أن عضو اﻷمم المتحـدة الــذي يتأخر عن تسديد اشتراكاته المالية في الهيئة لن يكون له حق التصويت في الجمعية العامة إذا كان المتأخر عليه مساويا لقيمة الاشتراكات المستحقة عليـه فـي السنتين الكاملتين السابقتين أو زائدا عنها.

There is a need for all Member States to strengthen their resolve to make some progress in the Commission during the next cycle of this Committee.

So we have added a recommendation, in line with the agenda, as agreed in the Commission.
