1. The Convention shall enter into force on the ninetieth day after the date of deposit of the fiftieth instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession.
١- يبدأ نفاذ الاتفاقية في اليوم التسعين من تاريخ إيداع الصك الخمسين للتصديق على الاتفاقية أو لقبولها أو الموافقة عليها أو الانضمام إليها.

The Supplementary Protocol will enter into force on the ninetieth day after the date of deposit of the fortieth instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession.
ويبدأ نفاذ البروتوكول التكميلي في اليوم التسعين من تاريخ إيداع الصك الأربعين من صكوك التصديق أو القبول أو الموافقة أو الانضمام.

In the event that this condition has not been fulfilled by that date, the Amendment shall enter into force on the ninetieth day following the date on which it has been fulfilled.
وإذا لم يتحقق هذا الشرط حتى ذلك التاريخ، فيبدأ نفاذ هذا التعديل في اليوم التسعين من تاريخ تحقيقه.

The Supplementary Protocol will enter into force on the ninetieth day after the date of deposit of the fortieth instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession.

ويبدأ نفاذ التعديل المعتمد بموجب الفقرة ٢ بالنسبة لﻷطراف التي صدقت عليه أو قبلت به في اليوم التسعين من تاريخ تلقي الوديع لصك التصديق أو القبول مما لا يقل عن ثلاثة أرباع اﻷطراف.

An amendment adopted in accordance with paragraph 3 above shall enter into force for those Parties having accepted it on the ninetieth day after the date of receipt by the Depositary of an instrument of acceptance by at least two-thirds of the Parties to the Protocol.
والتعديل الذي يُعتمد بموجب الفقرة ٣ أعلاه يبدأ نفاذه بالنسبة لﻷطراف التي قبلت به في اليوم التسعين من تاريخ استلام الوديع لصك القبول من ثلثي أطراف البروتوكول على اﻷقل.

An amendment adopted in accordance with paragraph 3 above shall enter into force for those Parties having accepted it on the ninetieth day after the date of receipt by the Depositary of an instrument of acceptance by at least three fourths of the Parties to the Protocol.
والتعديل الذي يُعتمد بموجب الفقرة ٣ أعلاه يبدأ نفاذه بالنسبة لﻷطراف التي قبلت به في اليوم التسعين من تاريخ استلام الوديع صك القبول من ثلاثة أرباع أطراف البروتوكول على اﻷقل.

The annex shall enter into force for Parties which withdraw their notification of non-acceptance on the ninetieth day after the date on which withdrawal of such notification has been received by the Depositary.
ويبدأ نفاذ المرفق بالنسبة لﻷطراف التي تسحب إشعارها بعدم القبول في اليوم التسعين من تاريخ تلقي الوديع لﻹخطار بسحب هذا اﻹشعار.
