11. Further requests the Secretary-General, in order to reduce the cost of employing General Service staff, to continue efforts to recruit local staff for the Observer Mission against General Service posts, commensurate with the requirements of the Mission;
11 - تطلب كذلك إلى الأمين العام أن يواصل بذل الجهود لتعيين موظفين محليين في بعثة المراقبين لشغل وظائف فئة الخدمات العامة بما يتناسب واحتياجات البعثة، وذلك بغية خفض تكلفة استخدام موظفي هذه الفئة؛

12. Further requests the Secretary-General, in order to reduce the cost of employing General Service staff, to continue efforts to recruit local staff for the Observer Mission against General Service posts, commensurate with the requirements of the Mission;

The Chief Military Observer of UNOMIG has drawn the Abkhaz authorities' attention to these militia and the authorities have promised to take serious measures against them.
وقد وجه كبير المراقبين العسكريين في بعثة المراقبين انتباه السلطات اﻷبخازية إلى هذه المليشيا ووعدت السلطات باتخاذ تدابير جادة ضدها.

18. Encourages the Secretary-General to continue to take additional measures to ensure the safety and security of all personnel participating in the Observer Mission under the auspices of the United Nations;
18 - تشجع الأمين العام على مواصلة اتخاذ تدابير إضافية لكفالة سلامة وأمن جميع الأفراد المشاركين في بعثة المراقبين العاملين تحت رعاية الأمم المتحدة؛

22. The Chief Military Observer of UNOMIG and the Commander of the CIS peace-keeping force meet once or twice a week to exchange views and information regarding the prevailing situation and to coordinate their operations.

1. Effective 1 June 1994, the military component of the Observer Mission consisted of 19 military observers.
١ - اعتبارا من ١ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٧٤، يضم العنصر العسكري في بعثة المراقبين ١٩ مراقبا عسكريا.

3. Urges all Member States to make every possible effort to ensure the payment of their assessed contributions to the Observer Mission promptly and in full;
٣ - تحث جميع الدول اﻷعضاء على بذل كل جهد ممكن لضمان دفع اشتراكاتها المقررة في بعثة المراقبين بسرعة وبالكامل؛

23. Finally, I should like to pay tribute to my Special Representative and the men and women serving with him in UNMOT.
