10- تدرج اللجنة في تقريرها السنوي موجزاً للبلاغات التي دُرست وعند الاقتضاء موجزاً لتفسيرات وبيانات الدول الأطراف المعنية، ولاقتراحات اللجنة وتوصياتها.

The Committee must then include, in its annual report, a summary of the communications examined and, where appropriate, a summary of the explanations and statements of the State parties concerned and of its own suggestions and recommendations (rule 74 (10)).
