وتشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف على أن تأخذ في الاعتبار إعلان وخطة العمل المعنون " عالم صالح للأطفال " الذي اعتمدته الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة في دورتها الاستثنائية المعنية بالطفل والمعقودة في أيار/مايو 2002 وكذلك استعراض منتصف المدة لعام 2007.

The Committee recommends that the State party strengthen its efforts to adopt and implement a National Plan of Action which covers all areas under the Convention and takes into account the outcome document " A world fit for children " adopted by the General Assembly at its special session on children held in May 2002.
75- توصي اللجنة بأن تقوم الدولة الطرف بتعزيز جهودها بغية اعتماد وتنفيذ خطة عمل وطنية تغطي جميع المجالات التي تتناولها الاتفاقية وتراعي الوثيقة الختامية المعنونة " عالم صالح للأطفال " التي اعتمدتها الجمعية العامة في دورتها الاستثنائية المعنية بالطفل المعقودة في أيار/مايو 2002.

At the same time, the Committee recommends that the State party develop and implement effectively a National Plan of Action for children, taking into account the Declaration and the Plan of Action contained in the document " A world fit for children " adopted by the General Assembly at its special session on children in May 2002.

This plan of action should take into account the outcome document " A World Fit for Children " adopted by the United Nations General Assembly at its special session on children in May 2002 and its mid-term review in 2007.
ولا بد أن تراعي خطة العمل هذه الوثيقة الختامية المعنونة " عالم صالح للأطفال " التي اعتمدتها الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة في دورتها الاستثنائية المعنية بالطفل في أيار/مايو 2002 واستعراض منتصف المدة الذي أجرته في عام 2007.

(e) In section VII, subparagraph (d), the words " taking into account the outcome document adopted by the General Assembly at its special session on children and " were inserted before the words " bearing in mind " .

8- شجّعت لجنة حقوق الطفل تشاد على اعتماد خطة عمل وطنية تعنى بالأطفال تراعي الوثيقة " عالم صالح للأطفال " التي أقرتها الجمعية العامة في دورتها الاستثنائية المعنية بالطفل المعقودة في 10 أيار/مايو 2002 واستعراض منتصف المدة الذي أجرته في عام 2007(20).

The Committee encourages the State party to finalize the NAPC and adopt a comprehensive Children's Policy and that addresses fully all the rights of the child enshrined in the Convention, and take into account the outcome document " A World Fit for Children " adopted by the General Assembly at its special session on children in May 2002 and its mid-term review of 2007.
13- تشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف على الانتهاء من وضع خطة العمل الوطنية الشاملة الخاصة بالأطفال وعلى اعتماد سياسة شاملة متعلقة بالأطفال تتناول حقوق الطفل المكرسة في الاتفاقية بصورة كاملة وتأخذ في الاعتبار الوثيقة الختامية المعنونة " عالم صالح للأطفال " التي اعتمدتها الجمعية العامة في دورتها الاستثنائية المعنية بالطفل المعقودة في أيار/مايو 2002، وكذلك استعراض نصف المدة لهذه الوثيقة لعام 2007.

(a) Ensure that all activities related to the National Plan of Action are clearly oriented towards the implementation of the rights of the child as enshrined in the Convention and that the National Plan of Action takes into account the outcome document " A World Fit for Children " adopted by the United Nations General Assembly at its special session on children held in May 2002 (resolution S-27/2, annex);
(أ) الحرص على أن تكون جميع الأنشطة المتصلة بخطة العمل الوطنية موجهة بشكل واضح نحو إعمال حقوق الطفل المنصوص عليها في الاتفاقية وأن تراعي خطة العمل الوطنية الوثيقة النهائية المعنونة " عالم صالح للأطفال " التي اعتمدتها الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة في دورتها الاستثنائية المعنية بالطفل المعقودة في أيار/مايو 2002 (القرار دإ-27/2، المرفق)؛

(d) To request the Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Children and Armed Conflict to submit to the General Assembly and the Commission on Human Rights reports containing relevant information on the situation of children affected by armed conflict, taking into account the outcome document adopted by the General Assembly at its special session on children and bearing in mind existing mandates and reports of relevant bodies;
(د) أن تطلب إلى الممثل الخاص للأمين العام المعني بالأطفال والصراعات المسلحة، أن يقدم إلى الجمعية العامة وإلى لجنة حقوق الإنسان تقارير تتضمن المعلومات ذات الصلة عن حالة الأطفال المتأثرين بالصراعات المسلحة، مع مراعاة وثيقة النتائج التي اعتمدتها الجمعية العامة في دورتها الاستثنائية المعنية بالطفل ووضع الولايات الحالية للهيئات ذات الصلة وتقاريرها في الاعتبار؛

The Committee welcomes the adoption of the national plan of action for children on 24 June 2005 as a follow-up to the outcome document " A world fit for children " adopted by the General Assembly at its special session on children held in May 2002, and notes that the issue of children involved in armed conflict is included in the plan of action (Chap. 7).
771- ترحب اللجنة باعتماد خطة العمل الوطنية الخاصة بالأطفال في 24 حزيران/يونيه 2005 كمتابعة للوثيقة الختامية المعنونة " عالم صالح للأطفال " التي اعتمدتها الجمعية العامة في دورتها الاستثنائية المعنية بالطفل في أيار/مايو 2002، وتلاحظ أن مسألة الأطفال المشاركين في النـزاعات المسلحة مدرجة في خطة العمل (الفصل 7).
