In its decision 1995/324, the Economic and Social Council decided that the Commission for Social Development, at its special session in 1996, should consider the following theme:

61. The Working Group decided that this item should be retained on the agenda, pending the outcome of the Commission's consideration of the question at its special session in 1994 (see paras. 25-29 above).

The Committee notes with appreciation the adoption in 2005 of the National Opportunities Plan for Children and Adolescents, which was drawn up taking into account the document " A world fit for children " , adopted by the General Assembly at its special session in 2002, but regrets the lack of information about the resources allocated for its implementation.
235- تحيط اللجنة علماً مع التقدير باعتماد الخطة الوطنية لإتاحة الفرص للأطفال والمراهقين، في عام 2005، وهي الخطة التي أُعدت مع مراعاة الوثيقة المعنونة " عالم صالح للأطفال " التي اعتمدتها الجمعية العامة في دورتها الاستثنائية في عام 2002، ولكنها تأسف لعدم توافر معلومات عن الموارد المخصصة لتنفيذها.
