We consider the present decision a transitional step and hope that at its resumed forty-ninth session the General Assembly will find the modalities to settle this problem finally.
ونرى أن المقرر الحالي خطوة انتقالية ونرجو أن تجد الجمعية العامة في دورتها التاسعة واﻷربعين المستأنفة الصيغ اللازمة لحل هذه المشكلة في نهاية المطاف.

If approved by the General Assembly, a more detailed report, covering necessary changes in Staff Rules, financial implications and other implementation measures will be submitted to the General Assembly at its resumed forty-ninth session in early 1995.

3. Requests the Secretary-General to provide justification for the establishment of the posts on a permanent basis and an explanation with regard to the observations and recommendations contained in the report of the Advisory Committee 8/ to the General Assembly for consideration during its resumed forty-ninth session;
٣ - تطلب إلى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم إلى الجمعية العامة تبريرا ﻹنشاء تلك الوظائف على أساس دائم وإيضاحا للملاحظات والتوصيات الواردة في تقرير اللجنة الاستشارية)٨(، لكي تنظر فيهما الجمعية في دورتها التاسعة واﻷربعين المستأنفة.

45. The actions to be taken by the General Assembly at its resumed forty-ninth session in connection with the financing of UNOMIL are as follows:
٤٥ - اﻹجراءات التي يجب أن تتخذها الجمعية العامة في دورتها التاسعة واﻷربعين المستأنفة فيما يتصل بتمويل بعثة مراقبي اﻷمم المتحدة في ليبريا هي كما يلي:

We would request the Secretariat to issue the texts of the memorandum and the statement as official documents of the United Nations under agenda item 132 of the General Assembly at its resumed forty-ninth session, entitled “Administrative and budgetary aspects of the financing of the United Nations peace-keeping operations”.
ونطلب إلى اﻷمانة العامة أن تنشر نصي المذكرة والبيان باعتبارهما وثيقتين رسميتين من وثائق اﻷمم المتحدة في إطار البند ١٣٢ من جدول أعمال الجمعية العامة المعنون " الجوانب الادارية والمتعلقة بالميزانية لتمويل عمليات اﻷمم المتحدة لحفظ السلام " وذلك في دورتها التاسعة واﻷربعين المستأنفة.

In response to that request, the Secretary-General submitted two reports (A/C.5/49/63 and A/C.5/49/64, both of 31 May 1995) to the General Assembly at its resumed forty-ninth session.

The Advisory Committee will revert to the additional requests of the Secretary-General, referred to in paragraphs 9 and 10 above, early in its February 1995 session, with a view to making recommendations to the General Assembly at its resumed forty-ninth session.
وستعود اللجنة الاستشارية الى الطلبات اﻹضافية لﻷمين العام، المشار اليها في الفقرتين ٩ و ١٠ أعلاه، في أوائل الدورة التي ستعقدها في شباط/فبراير ١٩٩٥ بهدف تقديم توصيات الى الجمعية العامة في دورتها التاسعة واﻷربعين المستأنفة.

The General Assembly, in section I of its resolution 49/233 of 23 December 1994 decided, inter alia, that the financial period for each peace-keeping operation would be from 1 July to 30 June, and requested the Secretary-General to submit the necessary draft amendments to the Financial Regulations for approval by the General Assembly at its resumed forty-ninth session.
١ - قررت الجمعية العامة في سياق الفرع اﻷول من قرارها ٤٩/٢٣٣ المؤرخ ٢٣ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٤، أن تكون الفترة المالية لكل عملية من عمليات حفظ السلام من ١ تموز/يوليه إلى ٣٠ حزيران/يونيه، وطلبت إلى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم مشاريع التعديلات اللازمة للنظام المالي لكي توافق عليها الجمعية العامة في دورتها التاسعة واﻷربعين المستأنفة.

4. Requests the Secretary-General to provide it with a report on the steps taken to address the concerns expressed by the Advisory Committee at the resumed forty-ninth session;
٤ - تطلب الى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم اليها في دورتها التاسعة واﻷربعين المستأنفة تقريرا بشأن الخطوات المتخذة لمعالجة الشواغل التي أعربت عنها اللجنة الاستشارية أثناء الدورة المستأنفة التاسعة واﻷربعين؛
