At the same meeting, the working group achieved consensus on the text of the draft strategy for the period 2012-2015 for UNODC, which was submitted to the Commission on Narcotic Drugs at its reconvened fifty-fourth session and to the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice at its reconvened twentieth session.
وتوصل الفريق العامل، في الاجتماع نفسه، إلى توافق في الآراء بشأن نص مشروع استراتيجية مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدِّرات والجريمة للفترة 2012-2015، الذي قُدِّم إلى لجنة المخدرات في دورتها الرابعة والخمسين المستأنفة وإلى لجنة منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية في دورتها العشرين المستأنفة.

18. Also requests the Secretariat to employ transparent and uniform criteria in applying the programme support charge, to continue consultations with the working group on this matter and to report to the Commission at its reconvened fifty-fourth session;

6. Accordingly, the Advisory Committee recommends that the Secretary-General address its concerns without further delay, together with the administrative and financial issues raised in document A/54/520, and submit a report thereon to the General Assembly at its resumed fifty-fourth session.

As a consequence, it was requested that the first performance report on the United Nations Peace Forces headquarters be prepared and submitted to the General Assembly at its resumed fifty-fourth session in May 2000 (see A/54/803).

At its 50th meeting, on 23 December 1999, the Committee decided, without a vote, to recommend that the General Assembly take note of the report of the Secretary-General, to request the Secretary-General to provide the outstanding information requested by the Advisory Committee and to revert to the subject at its resumed fifty-fourth session (see para. 40, draft resolution III, sect. X).
٣٣ - وفي جلستها ٥٠، المعقودة في ٢٣ كانون اﻷول/ ديسمبر ١٩٩٩، قررت اللجنة، دون تصويت، أن توصي بأن تحيط الجمعية العامة علما بتقرير اﻷمين العام؛ وأن تطلب من اﻷمين العام توفير المعلومات المتبقية التي طلبتها اللجنة الاستشارية من أجل الرجوع إلى الموضوع في دورتها الرابعة والخمسين المستأنفة )انظر الفقرة ٤٠، مشروع القرار الثالث، الجزء الحادي عشر(.

The General Assembly, in its resolutions 54/239 and 54/240 of 23 December 1999, requested the Secretary-General to obtain comments and observations from the two Tribunals on the report of the Expert Group, and to submit them, through the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions, to the General Assembly for consideration at its resumed fifty-fourth session.
3 - وطلبت الجمعية العامة إلى الأمين العام، في قراريها 54/239 و 54/240 المؤرخين 23 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1999، أن يحصل على تعليقات وملاحظات المحكمتين على تقرير فريق الخبراء ، وأن يقدمها، عن طريق اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون الإدارة والميزانية، إلى الجمعية العامة للنظر فيها في دورتها الرابعة والخمسين المستأنفة.

The note was prepared pursuant to General Assembly resolutions 54/239 and 54/240 of 23 December 1999, in which the Assembly requested the Secretary-General to obtain comments and observations from the two Tribunals on the report of the Expert Group and to submit them, through the Advisory Committee, to the Assembly for consideration at its resumed fifty-fourth session.
وقد أُعدت المذكرة عملا بقراري الجمعيــــة العـامة 54/239 و 54/240 المؤرخين 23 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1999، واللذين طلبت فيهما الجمعية إلى الأمين العام الحصول على تعليقات وملاحظات المحكمتين على تقرير فريق الخبراء، وتقديمها، عن طريق اللجنة الاستشارية، إلى الجمعية للنظر فيها في دورتها الرابعة والخمسين المستأنفة.

Pursuant to that resolution, the Commission should have before it for consideration at its reconvened fifty-fourth session an updated strategy for the Office covering the period 2012-2015, prepared by the Secretariat and the standing open-ended intergovernmental working group on improving the governance and financial situation of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime.

at its reconvened fifty-fourth session, the Commission on Narcotic Drugs took note of the election of Taous Feroukhi (Algeria) and renewed the mandate of Ignacio Baylina Ruíz (Spain) as Co-Chairpersons of the standing open-ended intergovernmental working group on improving the governance and financial situation of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime.
وأحاطت لجنة المخدِّرات علما في دورتها الرابعة والخمسين المستأنفة بانتخاب طاووس فروخي (الجزائر)، وجددت ولاية إغناسيو بايلينا رويث (إسبانيا)، كرئيسين للفريق العامل الحكومي الدولي الدائم المفتوح العضوية المعني بتحسين حوكمة مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدِّرات والجريمة ووضعه المالي.
