I fully support the endeavours of ECOWAS and, in the light of its renewed commitment to the peace process, I recommend that the Security Council consider extending the mandate of UNOMIL for a period of three months.
وأؤيﱢد من جانبي تماما مساعي الجماعة الاقتصادية لدول غربي أفريقيا، وأوصي، في ضوء التزامها المجدد بعملية السلام، بأن ينظر مجلس اﻷمن في تمديد ولاية بعثة مراقبي اﻷمم المتحدة في ليبريا لفترة ثلاثة أشهر.

I therefore recommend that the Security Council extend the mandate of UNOMIL for a period of two months to allow the high-level mission time to conduct its work and present its conclusions to me.
وعليه أوصي بأن يمدد مجلس اﻷمن ولاية بعثة مراقبي اﻷمم المتحدة في ليبريا لفترة شهرين ﻹعطاء مهلة للبعثة الرفيعة المستوى كي تضطلع بعملها وتقدم اليﱠ النتائج التي تخصص اليها.

I therefore request that the Security Council extend the mandate of UNMIL for a period of one year, until 30 September 2014.
ولهذا، أطلب إلى مجلس الأمن أن يمدد ولاية بعثة الأمم المتحدة في ليبريا لفترة سنة واحدة، حتى 30 أيلول/سبتمبر 2014.
