وستيسِّر أيضا الجهود المبذولة في إطار هذا البرنامج الفرعي المشاركة النشطة لبلدان المنطقة دون الإقليمية في متابعة المؤتمرات العالمية من حيث رصد وتقييم التقدم المحرز في مجال تحقيق الأهداف الإنمائية المتفق عليها دوليا، بما في ذلك الأهداف المستمدة من إعلان الألفية، وتقديم التقارير عن ذلك.
