The Fifth Committee also decided to inform the General Assembly that it would need to approve an exception to the provisions of its resolution 40/243 of 18 December 1985, under which all bodies should meet at their established headquarters in respect of meetings that are to be held away from the established headquarters of the Committee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People.
٤ - وقررت اللجنة الخامسة أيضا أن تبلغ الجمعية العامة بأنه سيتعين عليها الموافقة على استثناء الاجتماعات المقرر أن تعقدها اللجنة المعنية بممارسة الشعب الفلسطيني لحقوقه غير القابلة للتصرف خارج مقرها المحدد من أحكام قرارها ٤٠/٢٤٣ المؤرخ ١٨ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٣، التي تنص على وجوب اجتماع جميع الهيئات في مقارها المحددة.
