Subject to the conditions prescribed in these Rules and such others as may be prescribed by the Secretary-General from time to time, the travel expenses of project personnel shall be paid in the following circumstances:
رهنا بالشروط المنصوص عليها في هذا النظام الإداري وما قد يضعه الأمين العام من شروط أخرى من وقت إلى آخر، تُدفع مصاريف سفر موظفي المشاريع في الأحوال التالية:

(a) Subject to the conditions prescribed in these Rules, and such others as may be prescribed by the Secretary-General from time to time, the travel expenses of eligible family members of project personnel shall be paid in the following circumstances:
(أ) رهنا بالشروط المنصوص عليها في هذا النظام الإداري وما قد يضعه الأمين العام من شروط أخرى من وقت إلى آخر، تُدفع مصاريف سفر أفراد أسرة موظف المشاريع المستحقين، في الأحوال التالية:

Detailment of a staff member from his or her official duty station for service with a United Nations mission or conference shall not constitute change of official duty station within the meaning of these Rules.
ولا يعتبر إيفاد الموظف من مركز عمله الرسمي للخدمة في بعثة أو مؤتمر للأمم المتحدة تغييرا لمركز العمل الرسمي بالمعنى المقصود في هذا النظام الإداري.

(a) Subject to the conditions prescribed in these Rules and such others as may be prescribed by the Secretary-General from time to time, the travel expenses of eligible family members of project personnel shall be paid in the following circumstances:
(أ) رهنا بالشروط المنصوص عليها في هذا النظام الإداري وما قد يضعه الأمين العام من شروط أخرى من وقت إلى آخر، تُدفع مصاريف سفر أفراد أسرة موظف المشاريع المستحقين، في الأحوال التالية:

(a) Subject to the conditions laid down in these Rules and others as may be prescribed by the Secretary-General from time to time, the United Nations shall pay the initial and return travel expenses of eligible family members of project personnel in intermediate-term or long-term status to and from the duty station when the following circumstances obtain:
(أ) رهنا بالشروط المنصوص عليها في هذا النظام الإداري وبما قد يضعه الأمين العام من شروط أخرى من وقت إلى آخر، تدفع الأمم المتحدة مصاريف سفر القدوم إلى مركز العمل والإياب منه للأفراد المستحقين من أسر موظفي المشاريع المعيَّنين لآجال متوسطة أو لآجال طويلة، حين تتوافر الظروف التالية:

(a) A termination within the meaning of these Rules is a separation initiated by the Organization other than: (i) a retirement; (ii) a summary dismissal for serious misconduct; or (iii) a separation as a result of the expiration of a fixed-term appointment on the due date.
(أ) إنهاء الخدمة، بالمعنى المقصود في هذا النظام الإداري للموظفين، هو انتهاء للخدمة بمبادرة من المنظمة بخلاف ما يلي: `1 ' التقاعد؛ و `2 ' الفصل دون سابق إنذار بسبب إساءة السلوك على نحو جسيم؛ و `3 ' انتهاء الخدمة نتيجة لانتهاء التعيين المحدد المدة في التاريخ المعين لذلك.
