15. Decides that, for an initial period of one year from the date of the adoption of this resolution, all Member States shall take the necessary measures to prevent the entry into or transit through their territories of individuals designated by the Committee established pursuant to paragraph 19 below, provided that nothing in this paragraph shall oblige a State to refuse its own nationals entry into its territory;
15 - يقرر أن يتخذ جميع الدول الأعضاء، لفترة أولية مدتها سنة واحدة اعتبارا من تاريخ اتخاذ هذا القرار، ما يلزم من تدابير لمنع دخول أراضيها من جانب الأفراد الذين تحددهم اللجنة المنشأة عملا بالفقرة 19 أدناه أو عبورهم منها، شريطة ألا يكون في هذه الفقرة ما يلزم أي دولة برفض دخول رعاياها إلى أراضيها؛

4. Decides that all Member States shall take the necessary measures to prevent the entry into or transit through their territories of individuals listed in the annex of this resolution or designated by the Committee established pursuant to paragraph 9 below, provided that nothing in this paragraph shall oblige a State to refuse its own nationals entry into its territory;
4 - يقرر أن تتخذ جميع الدول الأعضاء التدابير اللازمة لمنع الأفراد المدرجة أسماؤهم في مرفق هذا القرار أو الذين تحدد أسماءَهم اللجنة المنشأة عملا بالفقرة 9 أدناه من دخول أراضيها أو عبورها، على أنه ليس في هذه الفقرة ما يلزم أي دولة بأن تمنع رعاياها من دخول أراضيها؛

- All States shall take the measures necessary to prevent entry into or transit through their territories of such individuals, provided that nothing in this paragraph shall obligate a state to refuse entry into its territory to its own nationals, or, if such individuals are found within their territory, shall ensure in accordance with applicable law that they are available for interview by the Commission if it so requests;
