4. Each of the offences to which this article applies shall be deemed to be included as an extraditable offence in any extradition treaty existing between States Parties.
4- يعتبر كل من الجرائم التي تنطبق عليها هذه المادة مدرجا في عداد الجرائم الخاضعة للتسليم في أي معاهدة لتسليم المجرمين قائمة بين الدول الأطراف.

The offences referred to in article 4 shall be deemed to be included as extraditable offences in any extradition treaty existing between States parties.
تعتبر الجرائم المشار إليها في المادة 4 جرائم قابلة لتسليم مرتكبيها في أية معاهدة لتسليم المجرمين تكون قائمة بين الدول الأطراف.

1. The offences referred to in article 4 shall be deemed to be included as extraditable offences in any extradition treaty existing between States Parties.
1- تعتبر الجرائم المشار إليها في المادة 4 جرائم قابلة لتسليم مرتكبيها في أية معاهدة لتسليم المجرمين تكون قائمة بين الدول الأطراف.

1. To the extent that the crimes set out in article 10 are not extraditable offences in any extradition treaty existing between States Parties, they shall be deemed to be included as such therein.
١ - كل جريمة من الجرائم المبينة في المادة ٠١ لا تكون مدرجة ضمن الجرائم التي تستوجب تسليم المجرمين في أية معاهدة تسليم قائمة بين الدول اﻷطراف، تعتبر مدرجة بهذه الصفة ضمنها.

Very few countries could confirm that each of the offences to which the Convention applied were deemed to be included as an extraditable offence in any extradition treaty existing between States parties, as foreseen in article 44, paragraph 4, of the Convention.
١٦- ولم يتمكّن سوى عدد قليل جداً من البلدان من التأكيد بأنَّ كل جريمة من الجرائم التي تنطبق عليها الاتفاقية تعتبر مدرجة كجريمة يجوز تسليم مرتكبيها بموجب أيِّ معاهدة لتسليم المطلوبين قائمة بين الدول الأطراف، على النحو المتوخى في الفقرة 4 من المادة 44 من الاتفاقية.

Only very few countries could confirm that each of the offences to which the Convention applied were deemed to be included as an extraditable offence in any extradition treaty existing between States parties, as foreseen in article 44, paragraph (4), phrase (1).

(b) Most conventions specify, as does the Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Seizure of Aircraft, that the relevant offence shall be deemed to be included as an extraditable offence in any extradition treaty existing between States parties and that such States undertake to include the offence as an extraditable offence in every extradition treaty to be concluded among them;
(ب) تؤكد معظم الاتفاقيات، شأنها شأن اتفاقية قمع الاستيلاء غير المشروع على الطائرات، أن الجريمة ذات الصلة تعتبر أنها تندرج في نطاق الجرائم التي تستوجب تسليم مرتكبها في أية معاهدة لتسليم المطلوبين قائمة بين الدول الأطراف، وأن هذه الدول تلتزم بإدراج هذه الجريمة كجريمة تستوجب تسليم مرتكبها في كل معاهدة لتسليم المطلوبين تبرم فيما بينها؛

225. As a State party to the Convention, Tunisia considers that the offences referred to in article 4 are extraditable offences in any extradition treaty existing between States parties and that as a States party it undertakes to include such offences as extraditable crimes in every extradition treaty to be concluded with other parties.
225- إن الدولة التونسية ملتزمة بموجب مصادقتها على الاتفاقية بما جاء في أحكام هذه المادة التي تعتبر أن الجرائم المشار إليها في المادة 4 جرائم قابلة لتسليم مرتكبيها في أية معاهدة لتسليم المجرمين تكون قائمة بين الدول الأطراف. وتتعهد بإدراج هذه الجرائم كجرائم قابلة لتسليم مرتكبيها في كل معاهدة تسليم تبرم بينها وبين دول أخرى.
