The legal basis for denial of safe haven to any person is stipulated in the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Political Asylum.

In accordance with article 32 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia " On Custody of Arrested and Detained Persons " :

47. Issues concerning citizenship are addressed in the following provisions of the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Citizenship:

the Law of the Republic of Armenia " On Refugees and Asylum " guarantees the right to judicial protection for rejected asylum seekers.
ويكفل قانون جمهورية أرمينيا " المتعلق باللاجئين واللجوء " الحق في الحماية القضائية لملتمسي اللجوء الذين تُرفض طلباتهم.

8. the Law of the Republic of Armenia on the Fight against Terrorism had entered into force in April 2005.
8 - وقد دخل قانون جمهورية أرمينيا المتعلق بمكافحة الإرهاب حيز النفاذ في نيسان/ أبريل 2005.

On 10 June 2010 the National Assembly of Armenia adopted the Law " On Changes to the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Television and Radio. "

18. The creation of national human rights institution was carried out in October 2003, by the adoption of the Law of the Republic of Armenia " On Human Rights Defender " , which regulates the procedure for organizing and functioning of the human rights institution.
18- تم إنشاء مؤسسة وطنية لحقوق الإنسان في تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2003، باعتماد قانون جمهورية أرمينيا " حول المدافع عن حقوق الإنسان " الذي ينظم إجراءات إنشاء وتشغيل مؤسسة لحقوق الإنسان.

15. On 21 October 2003, the Law of the Republic of Armenia " On Human Rights Defender " was adopted, which regulates the procedure for organizing and functioning of the human rights institution.
15- وفي 21 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2003، اعتُمد قانون جمهورية أرمينيا " المتعلق بالمدافع عن حقوق الإنسان " ، وينظم هذا القانون الإجراء المتعلق بتنظيم مؤسسة حقوق الإنسان وعملها.

Since 2007, the Law of the Republic of Armenia " On Prosecutor's Office " is in force.
ويسري منذ 2007 قانون جمهورية أرمينيا " المتعلق بمكتب المدعي العام " .

(a) the Law of the Republic of Armenia on licensing;
(أ) قانون جمهورية أرمينيا المتعلق بالترخيص؛

(b) the Law of the Republic of Armenia on the fight against terrorism;

19. the Law of the Republic of Armenia " On freedom of assemblies " was adopted in 2011 which guarantees the legal mechanisms for the freedom of assembly of a person -- provided for by the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia and other international legal documents.
19- اعتُمد في عام 2011 قانون جمهورية أرمينيا " بشأن حرية التجمُّع " الذي يكفل الآليات القانونية لحرية التجمُّع للأفراد، المكرسة في دستور جمهورية أرمينيا وغيره من الوثائق القانونية الدولية.

85. The draft Law of the Republic of Armenia " On making amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia " On general education'" was developed based on a pilot project on common inclusive education system in one of the marzes of Armenia.
85- ووُضع مشروع قانون جمهورية أرمينيا " بشأن إدخال تعديلات على القانون الخاص بالتعليم العام " استناداً إلى مشروع تجريبي حول نظام مشترك للتعليم الجامع في إحدى مقاطعات أرمينيا.

According to Article 24 of the RA Law " On the Status of the Judge " , the judge and the members of his/her family are under special protection by the state.
ووفقا للمادة 24 من قانون جمهورية أرمينيا بشأن " وضع القضاة``، يستفيد القاضي وأفراد أسرته من حماية خاصة توفرها الدولة.

266. Republic of Armenia law places no impediments before women, on an equal basis with men, to become attorneys or judges, to give testimony as witnesses, or to engage in any activity that is not at variance with the law.
266 - لا يضع قانون جمهورية أرمينيا أي عقبات أما المرأة، على أساس تساويها مع الرجل، تمنعها من أن تصبح محامية أو قاضية وأن تدلي بالشهادة كأحد الشهود وأن تمارس أي نشاط آخر غير مخالف للقانون.

Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia " On international treaties " defines the ratio of international treaties and Laws of the Republic of Armenia.
