4. Pursuant to the above-mentioned resolution, the Open-ended Intergovernmental Ad Hoc Expert Group was to hold two meetings, one before the ninth session and one before the tenth session of the Forum, and make its final recommendations to the Forum at its tenth session for its consideration and decision.
