Reaffirming that the objective of enhanced action on technology development and transfer is to support action on mitigation and adaptation in order to achieve the full implementation of the Convention and that, in pursuit of this objective, the identification of technology needs will be based on a country-driven approach and national circumstances and priorities,

(c) A country-driven approach: supporting flexibility that allows tailored approaches at the subnational, national and regional levels, and the identification of the optimal allocation of a limited amount of public financing for adaptation between risk reduction and risk transfer options;
(ج) الأخذ بنهج قطري التوجه: دعم المرونة التي تسمح باتباع نُهج مكيفة على المستويات دون الوطنية والوطنية والإقليمية، وتحديد التوزيع الأمثل للقدر المحدود من التمويل العام للتكيف بين خيارات الحد من المخاطر ونقلها؛
