The General Assembly, by paragraph 5 of its resolution 48/252 A, decided that the President's special allowance should remain at $15,000 per year and that the special daily allowance paid to the Vice-President when acting as President should remain at $94 per day, up to a maximum of $9,400 per year.

22.
