وأود أن أُذكر بقرار الجمعية العامة 59/100 المؤرخ 3 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2004 الذي حث على كفالة التشغيل الفعلي للمركز الإقليمي في كاتماندو في غضون ستة أشهر من موافقة البلد المضيف لتمكين المركز من العمل بفاعلية.
